  • What can I expect when you arrive for the appointment?

    A warm and pleasant greeting by a certified team supervisor. They will do a walk-through of your home, listen closely to what your priorities are, and design a custom cleaning to complete your project. They will again go over the rates, provide you with an estimate based on what you requested and give you a consent form with our written guarantee.

  • Do you offer other service agreements? How do they work?

    We offer routine cleaning agreements which include weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, every 3 weeks, or as needed. It's simple, you tell us when you would like us to come and you will be set up on a schedule that will be emailed to you for future reference.

  • What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment?

    We love pets but we do ask that you put them in a safe place or outside while we are cleaning if you are not home. It helps to declutter a bit as this will help us get into the nooks and crannies. We are a very detail-oriented company.

  • How do I schedule?

    You simply give us a call or text and we are happy to reach out to you. We will look at the desired date and window of time for arrival to make sure it works with your schedule. We have morning and afternoon appointments. Our morning arrival window is between 8:00 AM & 12:00PM and our afternoon arrival window is between 12:00PM & 4:00 PM. We will call you within 30 minutes of our arrival.
